The Gerardo Di Nola pasta factory was born in 1870 in Gragnano, a land where the wind, the sun and the right amount of humidity represent the ideal conditions to produce hard wheat pasta. We carefully select each and every raw material in order to ensure the perfect quality of taste.
Moreover, the extensive control of every single productive process allows us to bring an exclusive product to the market: pasta that is easily recognizable thanks to its unique taste.
